REPORT OF THE HONOURS & AWARDS COMMITTEE

JUNE 2004

Pamela Abbott Item 11(g)

The Committee has not met since the last meeting of the Executive Council
but will be meeting July 5-7, 2004 to review the 2004 Scholarship applications.

Per Regulation 24, Executive Council approved in December 2003 for Robert
Allan (Bob) Campbell to be presented with a Life Membership Award. This award
was presented to Brother Campbell at the March 2004 Presidents Conference.
