The members of the UTE Executive Committee, composed of Brothers Eddy Aristil, Regional Vice-President, Montreal region, Adam Jackson, 2nd Vice-President, Doug Gaetz, 1st Vice-President, and myself, met twice, once (1) in person on June 14 and once (1) virtually via the MS Teams platform on June 22.
With respect to the June 14th meeting, Executive Committee members voted unanimously in favor of the following three resolutions:
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT POSITION - OFFER OF DETERMINATE EMPLOYMENT

BE IT RESOLVED THAT an offer of determinate employment for a period of four (4) months be offered to Marie-Eve Gélinas effective June 19, 2023.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT POSITIONS - OFFERS OF INDETERMINATE EMPLOYMENT

BE IT RESOLVED THAT offers of indeterminate employment, subject to a twelve-month probationary period, be offered to Alexandra Assad and Magalie Jean-Louis effective on or about July 4, 2023.
LABOUR RELATIONS OFFICER POSITION - OFFER OF INDETERMINATE EMPLOYMENT

BE IT RESOLVED THAT an offer of indeterminate employment, subject to a twelve-month probationary period, be extended to Henri Vodon.
During the June 22nd meeting, the Executive Committee members voted unanimously in favor of the following resolution:

BE IT RESOLVED THAT an offer of determinate employment for a period of four (4) months be offered to Mike Chartrand effective July 10, 2023.
Finally, the Executive Committee, composed of Brothers Gary Esslinger, Regional Vice-President, Prairie Region, Adam Jackson, 2nd Vice-President, Doug Gaetz, 1st Vice-President, and myself, met on August 19 to approve the following motion concerning the appointment of Brother Daniel Camara as Executive Assistant to the National President. The resolution was approved unanimously.
APPOINTMENT OF THE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE NATIONAL PRESIDENT

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Brother Daniel Camara be confirmed as the Executive Assistant to the UTE National President, Brother Marc Brière, for the next three years.
