Terms of Reference
Composition of Committee:
- 1 Chair of Committee (from Executive Council);
- 1 Co-Chair (From Executive Council);
- 1 member representing a Local from a large amalgamated office;
- 1 member representing a Local from a small amalgamated office;
- 1 member representing a Local from a non-amalgamated taxation centre;
- 1 member representing a Local from a non-amalgamated TSO
- 1 Staff Advisor
Mandate of Committee:
- To review the current structure of UTE including, but not limited to:
- Structure and Composition of UTE Executive Council;
- 2nd National Vice-President position;
- Operating structure and composition of regions and Locals;
- Operating Structure and composition of locals with members whose CRA reporting structure is virtual;
- Funding requirements for Locals from amalgamated offices and for Locals with members who virtually report;
i.e. Grievance Representation, Committee meetings and inter-Executive meetings
- To prepare a report and make recommendations to the December Executive Council meeting of UTE.
