Report of the Call Centre Committee

The committee met on January 24, 2023.  Prior to this meeting, in order to ensure that the concerns of the members were addressed, the committee had mandated the call center representative to consult its counterparts across the country to learn about the issues in the field.  The committee intends to publish the minutes as soon as they are received.
