Report of the Ad-Hoc Call Centre Committee

The Ad Hoc Call Centre Committee did not meet since the last report. The Committee did host a lively meeting with the participants who represent call centre members on September 26th, 2013 during the recent Presidents Conference. Thank you to all who participated and provided valuable feedback during this meeting. Many felt a meeting/workshop/forum for call centre representatives to the March 2014 conference would be viable option. The committee is awaiting additional information from the Call Centre Contacts due on November 25th, 2013 to further clarify the focus of such a meeting.
