1. Referral from Council
The committee reviewed the referral from council and agreed to the inclusion of the referral to add the further be it resolved (recommendation #1).
2. Review of Finance Book
The committee reviewed the finance book and noted corrections/updates that needed attention.
3. Review of Per Diem Rate for the UTE National Convention
The committee recommends that the 2020 UTE Triennial National Convention Per Diem rate be set at $105 per day for weekdays and $125 per day on the weekend (recommendation #5).
4. Review of Registration Fee for the UTE National Convention
The committee recommends that the 2020 UTE Triennial National Convention registration fee be $75.00 per person (recommendation #6).
5. Budget – 2021, 2022, 2023
The committee prepared the budget for the years 2021, 2022, and 2023 and made recommendations 2-4.
