The Committee sent a letter of introduction on October 17, 2017 requesting from each Call Centre a contact and a list of five areas of concern. We are still seeking input from the Locals that have not responded. These concerns will be the focus of our first meeting.
The Committee had its first teleconference briefing with the employer on the Contact Centre Transformation Initiative on November 01, 2017. A second meeting was held on November 14, 2017 after we received feedback following the Regional and Local briefings. Further discussions have been planned for mid-December to ensure that concerns raised are addressed.
