Julia Escobar was awarded a $1,000 Regional Scholarship

Julia Escobar won the Jean Bergeron Montreal Regional Scholarship. Céline Germain, President of the Montréal Local 10008, presented the cheque and certificate.  Julia Escobar's father, Dominic Escobar and Anaël Haché, Vice-president of the local were on hand for the presentation.
