We've Set Dates to
Start Bargaining

Parties to exchange proposals and begin the bargaining process the last week of September.

Our PSAC/UTE National Bargaining Team is in place and our bargaining proposals are in the process of being drafted.   We have set key priorities for this round of bargaining, including enhanced job protection, scheduling rights, improved leave provisions and fairness for term and part-time workers. Our Negotiator has been in contact with the Agency and the parties have agreed to meet the last week of September in Ottawa to exchange demands and begin the negotiations process.

Our union is committed to improving our working conditions at CRA and to fighting to protect the hard-won gains in our current contract.

Together, we can make Canada Revenue Agency a better place to work.

Once we have exchanged proposals with management we will be posting both our proposals and those of the employer on the PSAC and UTE websites.  If you have any questions speak with your Shop Steward, a member of our Negotiating Team or your UTE Regional Vice President.

Look for more updates as things progress.  Regular updates will be issued once bargaining begins as well as information about the union's and the Agency's demands.

As always in bargaining, communication is critical. Sign up for PSAC bargaining with CRA updates.
