Our bargaining team received formal notification from the Public Service Labour Relations and Employment Board that mediation has been confirmed for March 30th through to April 1st.
Mediation is non-binding. However, it can be helpful in negotiations in terms of finding solutions and breaking impasses.
Our hope is that CRA will return to the bargaining table with a mandate from the government to finally negotiate compensation with our Team.
