Honorary Member, Carmen Armstrong

Carmen Armstrong received an Honorary Membership in UTE posthumously.  Her children Chantale Bénac and Rock Deschenes accepted the award.  Carmen's supervisor and friend, Shane O'Brien made the presentation.
