Caitlyn Albert was awarded a $1,000 Regional Scholarship

Caitlyn Albert won the National Capital Regional Scholarship.  Mike Chartrand, President and Jean Haspect, Vice-President of Local 70000 - Ottawa Headquarters, presented the cheque and certificate to Caitlyn Albert.  Caitlyn's mother, Gisele Legere is a member of the local and attended the presentation.
