Report of the Union Management Approach (UMA) Committee

No further meetings have been held with management since the last report.

UMA101, UMA102 and UMA103 has started to roll out at the regional levels.

For UMA 103, Regions must ensure that a consistent approach is achieved by ensuring that virtual attendance is only in the case of accommodation needs and in-person is the desired approach to truly achieving its mandate.

For regions that have a programs-based management like Southwestern Region, Northern & Eastern Region, National Capital Region, Greater Toronto Region, and the Western Regions, please ensure that management are considering and accommodating for these interactions for upcoming UMA events.
