Report of the Equal Opportunities Committee

The National Equal Opportunities Committee met via teleconference on March 6, 2014. The major topic was what is going on in the regions to bring Diversity into the local Employment Equity committees. The Regions seem to be confused as they have had not much direction from the National Official Languages and Employment Equity Division. (OLEED). It was decided that this would be our topic at the next meeting with CRA scheduled for May 27, 2014. Verbal details of this meeting will occur at Executive Council.
