Devon Atkinson was the 2012 recipient of the Mathieu LeClair Memorial Scholarship. The $1500 scholarship was presented by Mathieu's brothers, Marc and Eric, with a special mention to the Union of Taxation Employees - Local and National Office.
The National Office donated $500 towards the Mathieu LeClair Memorial Scholarship. Mathieu's mother is a member of Local 60005.
