- National Union Management Consultation Meeting – December 7, 2017
- The Executive Council Meeting will be held Monday, December 4 to Thursday, December 7 in the MacDonald Boardroom, Mezzanine Level of the Château Laurier Hotel, 1 Rideau Street, Ottawa. The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m.
- The National Union Management Consultation meeting will be held Thursday, December 7 at 1:30 p.m. in the MacDonald Boardroom.
- The Hospitality Suite will be the Renaissance on the Mezzanine Floor and will be available from Monday, December 4.

Reservations have been made for the arrival of Executive Council members on Sunday, December 3 and all departures are scheduled for Friday, December 8. If you wish to change your reservations, please call or e-mail Sister Bastien as soon as possible.
An advance will be mailed to you shortly or by direct deposit to your bank account and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.
