  • The Executive Council meeting will be held Monday, June 12 to Thursday, June 15 in the MacDonald Boardroom, Mezzanine Level, at the Chateau Laurier Hotel, 1 Rideau Street, Ottawa.  The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m.
  • The National Union Management Consultation meeting will be held on Thursday, June 15 at 9:00 a.m. at the Old City Hall, 111 Sussex Drive in the Confederation Room.
  • The Hospitality Suite will be the Renaissance on the Mezzanine Level and will be available from Monday, June 12.

Please send your reports, agenda items and supporting documentation to Pierrette by e-mail at Labriep@ute-sei.org to the National Office by no later than Monday, May 22.

Reservations have been made for the arrival of Executive Council members on Sunday, June 11 and all departures are scheduled for Friday, June 16. If you wish to change your reservations, please call or e-mail Pierrette as soon as possible.

An advance will be mailed to you shortly and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.
