Re: Executive Council meeting – Monday, December 4 to Wednesday, December 6, 2023
National Union-Management Consultation Committee (NUMCC) meeting –
Thursday, December 7, 2023.
The Executive Council meeting will be held in person from Monday, December 4 to Wednesday, December 6, 2023,at the Delta Hotel, Panorama room at 101 Lyon Street, Ottawa. Room reservations will be made for you. Executive Council Officers are scheduled to arrive on Sunday, December 3. Departures are scheduled for Friday, December 8. For any special requirements with your reservation, please contact sister Guylène Lepage by email at lepageg@ute-sei.org.
Please take note that the meeting will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) with a lunch break from 11:45 am to 1:15 pm.
Discussion of the agenda items for the National Union-Management Consultation Committee (NUMCC) meeting will be held on Thursday, December 7th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. EST and the meeting will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST. The meeting will be held in the Panorama room.
The Hospitality Suite will be in the Pinnacle Room on the Penthouse Level and will be available as of 5:00 p.m. EST on Sunday, December 3rd.
