Re:   Executive Council — June 6 - 9, 2016

• The Executive Council meeting will be held Monday, June 6^th to Thursday, June 9^th   in the MacDonald Boardroom, Mezzanine Level, at the Chateau Laurier Hotel, 1 Rideau Street, Ottawa.  The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m.
• Reservations have been made for the arrival of Executive Council members on Sunday, June 5^th and departures on Friday, June 10^th.  *Any changes to reservations, please contact Sister Labrie at labriep@ute-sei.org.
• The Hospitality Suite will be the Renaissance on the Mezzanine Level and will be available from Monday, June 6^th.

Council members and alternate RVP are required to send their reports, agenda items and supporting documentation to Pierrette by e-mail at labriep@ute-sei.org to the National Office by no later than Monday, May 16^th.

An advance will be mailed to you shortly and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.
