The meeting of the Executive Council will be held June 4-7 in the Frobisher/Hudson room of the Ottawa Chimo Hotel on Joseph Cyr Street , Ottawa . The National Union Management Consultation Meeting will be held on the afternoon of June 6th. in the same room. The CCRA Presentation as mentioned above will be held on June 3rd at the PSAC Building in the J.K. Willie Boardroom on the main floor. We have booked room 201-202 at the Chimo as our hospitality room and it will be available on June 3rd.

Please send your reports, agenda items and supporting documentation to Pierrette preferably by E-mail at Labriep@ute-sei.org or by fax to the National Office by no later than Wednesday, May 22nd, 2002 .

Reservations have been made for the arrival of Executive Council members on Sunday, June 2nd. All departures are scheduled for Friday, June 7th in the afternoon with the exception of those leaving the next day for the CLC Convention in Vancouver . If you wish to change your reservations, please call Pierrette Labrie at (613) 235-6704.

An advance will be mailed to you and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.
