• The Executive Council meeting will be held Monday, June 7th to Thursday, June 10th in the McDonald Room of the Château Laurier Hotel, 1 Rideau Street, Ottawa.  The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m.

• The National Union Management Consultation meeting will be held Monday, June 7th at 1:30 p.m. in the same meeting room.

• The Hospitality Suite will be advised at a later date and will be available from Sunday, June 6th.

Please send your reports, agenda items and supporting documentation to Pierrette by e-mail at Labriep@ute-sei.org  by no later than Wednesday, May 12th.

Reservations have been made for your arrival on Sunday, June 6th and your departure on Friday, June 11th.  If you wish to change your reservations, please call or e-mail Sister Labrie.

An advance will be mailed to you shortly and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.
