Report of the Call Centre Committee

The Committee has not met since the last meeting of the Executive Council in March.

The Committee Staff Advisor, Brother Kent MacDonald, did have a meeting with the OAG (Office of the Auditor General) on May 10, 2017. The OAG is reviewing CRA Call Centres and reviewing their Operation and Statistics based on the information reported to Parliament. The OAG has also been having similar discussions with CRA Call Centre representatives over the past few months.
