Report of the Technological Change Committee

The Committee has not met since the last meeting of the Executive Council last March. 

As this is my last report for this committee to Executive Council I would like to extend my thanks to the committee for the dedication and commitment they have shown during our time together.  I would also like to wish the new committee all the best for a good mandate in the next three-year cycle.
