Report of the Technological Change Committee

The committee has not met since the June Executive Council.  This is due to the current boycott of meetings with the CRA.  This boycott was implemented as of May 22, 2015 by UTE Executive Council due to the current state of our collective bargaining with the CRA.  As of the writing of this report this boycott continues to be in place.
