Minutes of the Finance Committee Meeting
April 16, 2025

ATTENDED:  Doug Gaetz – Chair and 1st National Vice-President, Cosimo Crupi – Co-Chair and RVP-Northern and Eastern Ontario, Jérôme Martel– Co-Chair and RVP-Quebec, Ken Bye – Presidents’ Representative, Local 00052 Barrie, Liam Merrigan – UTE Staff and Advisor.

  1. Review investments 

    Doug discussed the reason of the impromptu meeting and then asked Liam to discuss the current investment, the current economic risks, and options that could be taken.

    The committee tasked Liam to regularly monitor the ETFs and report and negative change that indicates a downward trend/ 

  2. Budget Meeting

    The committee scheduled 7 Oct 2025 to 9 Oct 2025 as the committee’s budget review meeting
