Report of the Workforce Adjustment Committee

The Chair, and Co-Chair, met with the Employer on January 27^th to go over the recent Workforce Adjustment situation that was announced in January for CVB, FAB, HR and ITB. Members were given a Guarantee of a Reasonable Job Offer (GRJO).  Some will be participating in a retention exercise, and the remainder will be provided with a Reasonable Job Offer (RJO).

The Chair, Co Chair and Technical Advisor also sit on the PSAC Workforce Adjustment Roundtable.  We met one week prior to the WFA announcement. The Committee also met in February to prepare for the March Presidents’ Conference.
