Report of the Call Centre Committee

Brian Oldford

The Call Centre Committee had a meeting with the employer on November 5^th.

The meeting went over the recently introduce Accountability Framework, denial  of vacation and many other issues.

The completed minutes should be posted in our website by mid December.

This Union of Taxation Call Centre Committee meets on a regular basis dealing with the many different changes that are happening with our members.
