The members of the UTE Executive Committee, composed of Brothers Jamie vanSydenborgh, Regional Vice President for the Southwestern Ontario Region, Adam Jackson, 2nd Vice-President, Doug Gaetz, 1st Vice-President, and myself, met twice virtually via the MS Teams platform on September 17th and October 18th.
With respect to the September 17th meeting, Executive Committee members voted unanimously in favor of the following resolution:
ASSISTANT FINANCE ADMINISTRATION OFFICER POSITION – OFFER OF DETERMINATE EMPLOYMENT

BE IT RESOLVED THAT an offer of determinate employment for a period of four (4) months be offered to Mariela Monsalve as Finance Administration Officer effective September 16, 2024.
At the October 18th meeting, Executive Committee members voted unanimously in favor of the following resolution:
LABOUR RELATIONS OFFICER POSITION – EXTENTION OF OFFER OF DETERMINATE EMPLOYMENT

BE IT RESOLVED THAT an offer of determinate employment for an additional period of three (3) months in the position of Labour Relations Officer be offered to Richard Weintrager, effective October 24th, 2024.
