Report of the Technological Change Committee

Committee had meeting in person in Ottawa December 20, 2023.The meeting was to review ongoing open items and meet new committee members.

At this meeting the union raised concerns on the use of AI and what impact this is going to have moving forward. We have established special meetings to discuss specifically the issues around AI and get overview from employer of where they are and what’s anticipated moving forward.

Our special meeting with employer is scheduled for March 5, 2024.
