The next National Health & Safety Policy Committee (NHSPC) meeting will be held December 4, 2014.
Working group(s) continues to proceed on review of all H&S polices, and physiological standards. As information becomes available it will be shared with all local H&S committees. Next meetings of the working group(s) is scheduled for December 3, 2014.
I participated in a webcast presentation on Ebola and Occupational Health and Safety on November 4, 2014 given by Dr. Josee Pilon MD, A/National Medical Advisor. The power point presentation has been shared with Executive Council, locals and all Workplace Health & Safety Committees.
