Since my last report to Council back in December, the committee has met virtually, a total of six times, December, 1,2, 19, January 16, 24 and February 7,2023, to continue the planning of the conference.
The call-out letter went to Council and Locals on February 13,2023, with a closing date March 6,2023.
The conference will be a hybrid conference.
Although we have a small organizing committee, I believe a lot of work has been put into this conference to provide the best possible conference we can for the participants.
I personally want to thank my Co-chair Greg Krokosh, my Technical Advisor, Mathieu Juneau and our Administrative Assistant, Louise Dorion for all their hard work and dedication in the organization of this conference. I would also like to recognize Daniel Camara for all the assistance he has provided in helping us organizing the hybrid model.
We look forward to seeing all the participants in April and hope they will enjoy the conference.
