  1. The National President welcomed the Committee and delivered opening remarks.

  2. The Committee Chair reviewed the agenda and the mandate of the Committee, and set the hours of session.

  3. The Committee mapped out the Locals; UTE Regions; the amalgamated TSOs; and the PSAC Regions.

  4. The Committee drafted questions to be presented to the participants at the September Presidents’ Conference. The Committee used the following documents as references for their deliberations: The 2001 Structure Committee report; UTE By-Laws and Regulations; RVP/VPR 101.

  5. The Committee set dates for their next meeting.
