  1. The Committee further debated and deliberated on the recommendations that will be presented to the Executive Council for review.
  2. The Committee drafted the resolutions and accompanying rationale that will be presented to the Executive Council for review.
  3. The Committee reviewed all By-Laws and Regulations that will require amendments, should the proposed recommendations be adopted by the Executive Council.
