The Committee had phone and email discussions on the following items and are making the following recommendations: 

Recommendation 1.

Regulation 4 (6)(e)(e )  CHANGE IN ENGLISH ONLY:

The Committee may recommend the combination of two of  or  more similar resolutions into one resolution, and shall themselves produce the recommended wording of the composite resolution;  

Recommendation 2.

Regulation 10.2.2 (2) CHANGE IN FRENCH ONLY:
