Report of the Ad-Hoc Call Centre Committee

The Committee met June 19 – 20, 2012 with all members of the Committee in attendance. The minutes are attached.

The Committee also met with the employer on June 20 and discussed the following items:

  1. “ All Hands on Deck”
  2. Training
  3. National Retention/Term Rehires 
  4. NQALP
  5.  Standardized time between calls

An explanation of what our concerns are about each item can be found in the attached minutes.

The employer listened to our concerns and the committee will report upon receipt of the employer’s responses.
