Although the committee has not met since the last Executive Council meeting, a letter was emailed to all Call Centre’s Contacts, RVP’s and Alternates on February 9, 2012. A request for their top 3 irritants/issues that had not been fixed previous was to be supplied to us by March 10, 2012. At the time of writing this report, we have not received any information. A reminder is being sent out on March 1, 2012. The committee needs this information in order to set up an agenda forany upcoming meetingof the Ad-Hoc Call Centre Committee.
