Report of the AD-HOC Call Centre Committee

The Committee has not met since the last meeting of the Executive Council.  The committee will be meeting June 19 and 20th in Ottawa, to discuss the concerns from all Call Centres that were received.  These concerns will then be addressed with the employer on June 20th, 2012.
