As was reported in my December report the Committee last met November 9, 2011 in Ottawa with the employer for the National Technological Change Committee meeting.
Subsequent to said meeting, the Committee met November 8, 2011 and November 9, 2011 to prepare for meeting with employer and also to debrief after meeting with employer. Reviewed and made suggested changes to Terms of Reference for Council approval.
The Technological Change Committee minutes have yet to be received. Once received and reviewed they will be posted to the CRA Web site and UTE Web site.
The next meeting scheduled for the National Technological Change Sub Committee is May 9th, 2012.
The minutes of the UTE Tech Change Committee meeting, November 8 & 9, 2011 were posted to UTE Web site.

Be it resolved that the attached Terms of Reference for the Standing Tech Change Committee be adopted.
