The committee met in Ottawa the week of August 29 - September 2, 2022 to prepare the October 2022 edition of Union News. I would like to thank the members of the committee, Brother Cosimo Crupi and Sister Melanee Jessup for their contributions to the preparation of the newsletter. A thank you to Sister Susan Duncan for her guidance and technical prowess in putting together a inviting and informative publication. Lastly a special thanks to Brother Daniel Camera for his invaluable assistance in the French and English translations.
Sister Kim Koch was unable to attend the meeting as she was in bargaining during the same period.
This edition of the Union News which will also include a full size 2023-2024 UTE calendar along with a full-page bargaining poster that members can hang up on the wall behind them during Teams or Zoom meetings.
At the time of writing this report all members should receive their copy of the newsletter the last week of September or the very first week of October.
