1. CALL TO ORDER OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
The meeting was called to order at 11:00 a.m. President Marc Brière was presiding. In attendance: Adam Jackson, Jérôme Martel, Eddy Aristil, Brian Oldford, Andria Cullen, Cosimo Crupi, Jamie vanSydenborgh, David Lanthier, Kimberly Koch, Gary Esslinger, Greg Krokosh and Daniel Camara.
Absent with respect: Doug Gaetz
2. Motion: m/s Kimberley Koch / Eddy Aristil
BE IT RESOLVED that the three (3) Regional Equal Opportunities Conferences be held virtually on the following dates and to the assigned Regions.
Week of May 2-6: Western Regional May 3,4,5
Week of May 16-20: Ontario Regional May 17,18,19
Week of June 13-17: Eastern Regional June 14,15,16
An amendment was moved by Brother Cosimo Crupi and seconded by Brother Gary Esslinger to list the regions that will participate in each of the three Regional Equal Opportunity Conferences as has been done in the past.
The motion reads as follows:
BE IT RESOLVED that the three (3) Regional Equal Opportunities Conferences be held virtually on the following dates and to the assigned Regions.
May 3,4,5, 2022: Pacific, Prairie and Rocky Mountains Regions
May 17,18,19: Greater Toronto, Southwestern Ontario and Northern / Eastern Ontario Regions
June 14,15,16: Atlantic, National Capital, Montreal and Quebec Regions
- Recorded Vote #1. MOTION CARRIED.
