Since the last report, we had to review a number of work descriptions. I would like to thank my team for doing such a great job (as usual!).
The staffing redesign meetings continued, talking more specifically about recourse and non-advertised staffing, the mobility bank, and managing character-based leadership.
I sent summaries of our meetings to the council to keep you informed about our meetings.
