Report of the Call Centre Committee

The Committee has not met since the last Executive Council.

On March 14, 2018 the chair was advised of meetings that the employer held with our Senior Labour Relations Officer and the technical advisor to the committee involving discussions with respect to the National Traffic Work Descriptions and the Call Centre Assessment & Rehire Tool (CCART).
