The first face to face meeting of the complete EO Committee was held January 15 and 16, 2018 at Gilmour. Introductions, Terms of Reference, roles and responsibilities and other administrative details were discussed before beginning the work of planning the upcoming Regional Conferences. The conferences are beginning to take shape! We have been keeping in touch by email and our next face to face meeting will be March 26 -27, 2018 at Gilmour.
Technical Advisor Andrea Holmes and myself had a brief introductory meeting with the National Employment Equity and Diversity Committee at Trainyards on February 15. A more in-depth meeting with the newly appointed CRA Champion is being planned for some time in April.
