Dharma Kafle, Sheetal Kafle and Terry Ruyter Terry Ruyter, President of Local 20007 Burnaby Fraser presented Sheetal Kafle with the Diana Gee National Scholarship. Dharma Kafle, Sheetal's father and a member of the local was on hand for the presentation.
