Bailey Kimball receives the Northern and Eastern Ontario Regional Scholarship

Bailey Kimball received the $1000 Northern and Eastern Ontario Regional Scholarship. Andrea Holmes, President of Local 00012 Belleville made the presentation. Lori Kimball, Bailey's mother and a member of the Belleville Local, was on hand for the presentation.
