Joshua Matsui was awarded a $1000 Regional scholarship

Joshua Matsui won the Pacific Regional Scholarship. Sharon Cowie, President of Local 20027 Vancouver presented the cheque and certificate to Joshua and his mother, Cindy Matsui.  

Cindy Matsui is a member of the Vancouver local.
