Lloyd Brown receives the Bromley Armstrong Humanitarian Award

Lloyd Brown, proud UTE member received the Bromley Armstrong Humanitarian Award at the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists (CBTU) Awards Dinner.  Lloyd is the Racially Visible Members Representative on the PSAC Ontario Council and the Chair of the PSAC Toronto Racially Visible Committee.
