What a memorable day at the National Verification and Collections Centres (NVCC) last Friday! We had the great pleasure of welcoming the new UTE National President, Adam Jackson, and National 2nd Vice-President, Eddy Aristil, for a busy and engaging site visit.
The day began on a friendly note with a pizza lunch that brought together an excellent turnout of our members.
In the afternoon, solidarity and mobilization took center stage during a rally outside the building, highlighted by inspiring speeches from our guests and updates on the ongoing negotiations.
The visit continued with a tour of the CNVR facilities, followed by a stop at our union office, where Adam and Eddy proudly signed our local flag.
We capped off this fantastic day in great company by attending the Trois-Rivières Aigles baseball game in the evening alongside several members.
