Today, we met with Alexandre Boulerice, federal NDP MP, at his constituency office. I was accompanied by Claude Flamand, President of the Rouyn Local and Assistant Vice-President for the Montreal region.
Our discussion focused on the challenges and issues related to the services provided by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
The meeting allowed us to explore several possible solutions, including:
• Improving in-person services, particularly through the establishment of service counters.
• The potential role of community organizations in supporting more vulnerable citizens.
• Other ways to enhance the accessibility and efficiency of CRA services.
Mr. Boulerice expressed his interest and support in examining this matter. It was a constructive discussion aimed at improving services for Canadians.
