As you are probably aware, the Office of the Auditor General (OAG) of Canada tabled a scathing new report yesterday in Parliament concerning the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Call Centres.
Attached is our union's response to this report.
Please note that this message was widely circulated in the media across the country this morning.
Our union has long condemned the massive cuts to the CRA and their devastating impact on the services provided to the public and on our members' working conditions.
Rest assured that our union will continue to support all its members and defend your best interests.
I would also like to thank you for your dedication and for the excellent work you do every day to serve Canadians, despite the difficult working conditions in which you perform your duties.
